Cohort 1 Staff Survey Results: Spring 2018 Full Report
SRI surveyed staff from the Noble Multiple Pathways Academy and Phoenix Charter Academy Chelsea in spring 2018. At the Noble Multiple Pathways Academy, 9 out of 9 staff members responded to the survey, for a response rate of 100%. At Phoenix Chelsea, 29 out of 31 staff members responded to the survey, for a response rate of 94%.
In addition to two background questions, the survey addressed school leadership, staff climate, school climate, staff mindsets and self-efficacy, and staff practices.
The graphs below summarize staff survey responses. For each topic area, we provide overview graphs of key measures that are constructed by averaging the questions that make up the measure. In the full report, these key measure graphs are followed by graphs of the individual questions that make up each measure.
