Percent students on target 98.0% 49.3% -48.7%
Percent students accelerated 4.0% 22.2% 18.2%

To calculate these indicators of credit progress, we only considered students who were enrolled at the beginning of the year and who were either enrolled or graduated at the end of the year. This excludes students who joined later in the year and those who transferred or disenrolled before the end of the year. Of the 112 students at Evolve Academy in 2023-24, 94 were enrolled at the beginning of the year, and out of those, 71 were enrolled or graduated at the end of the year.

Average credit accumulation: Average credits accrued by students who were at Evolve Academy for the full school year.

Students on target for credits: We define students who are on target for credits as those students who accrued one year worth of credits or more. For students who start the year as seniors, this means students who accrued their remaining credits.

Students with accelerated credit accumulation: This metric refers to students who accelerated their path towards graduation and accrued 1.5 or more years’ worth of credits. This changes by school, and at Evolve Academy, this means student who accrued 37.5 or more credits during the 2023-24 academic year. Senior are excluded from this calculation since by definition they cannot accrue more than one year’s worth of credits.
